Calder High Student Walkout - ten years ago. As Britain was about to invade Iraq, Calder High students led local protests. Headteacher David Scott was forced to close the school on the day of the invasion and subsequently suspended 13 students. Calder High students demonstrated all day in Hebden Bridge.
