West Yorkshire wild camping on the outskirts of Hebden Bridge! At this small site on the outskirts of Hebden Bridge (five minutes' drive or a 20-minute walk), you can let the kids run around free on the grassy field as you relax and take in the spectacular landscape of the Calder Valley.

There's a portable toilet on site, but not much else in the way of amenities: there is no running water, for example (nor any drinkable water), so be prepared and come fully stocked up. What you will find, though, is a warm welcome and plenty of peace and quiet to recharge your batteries.

The surrounding countryside is highly accessible for walkers, horse riders and cyclists with wooded valleys, including the National Trust's Hardcastle Crags.
