Heptonstall Pace Egg 2023
Good Friday 7th April in Weavers Square
This Good Friday, on the oh so familiar stone setts of Weavers Square, as we look forward to the impending rebirth of Heptonstall Museum, we will also witness the annual rebirth of our very own Heptonstall Pace Egg Play.
The raggle taggle band of Players half of which are museum pieces in their own right!) will be gracing the village once again with their very own tale of birth, rebirth, winning, losing, winning again, and eventually succumbing to the rigour of the day.
Friends Of Heptonstall Museum will be on hand to collect donations, and to discuss various interpretive nuances of the day.

This year the collection will be for: The Friends of Heptonstall Museum and The Red Cross Turkey Syria Earthquake Appeal.
Come by foot or public transport as parking in the village is very limited.
