The Executive Manager will lead the development and transition of CVCLT from a volunteer-led, project driven organisation to a fully financially sustainable organisation.

Starting Salary £30,000 (37 hour week).  Job share applications accepted.

4 day a week working (30 hours) also possible (salary pro rata).
Revised closing date for applications Sunday July 25th.

Our office in Hebden Bridge Town Hall is fully wheelchair accessible.

All the details are here:

This is a permanent position, funded for the first three years with the help of a grant from The National Lottery Community Fund Reaching Communities programme.

Please note: We have taken the decision to re-advertise this post, with a new closing date, an increased starting salary, and a slightly amended Job Description. This is because, in the light of new grant funding just received, the Executive Manager will now take on line management responsibilities towards a Project Officer whom we anticipate employing in 2022.  Applicants who have already submitted application forms need not apply again – your application will automatically be considered at the shortlisting stage.

Calder Valley Community Land Trust is one of more than 300 similar Community Land Trusts across the country, ranging from small village organisations to urban regeneration ventures.  It is one of only a handful of Community Land Trusts to have been awarded the status of Registered Provider of Social Housing.  The Executive Manager post is funded to a major extent through a three year grant from The National Lottery Community Fund.
