Calderdale Council Elections
Before the this week's election, Calderdale was controlled by the Labour Party. The political makeup of the council was Labour with 28 councillors, Conservative 13, Liberal Democrats 7 and Independents 3.
After Now the results are in, Calderdale Council remains in Labour control. The political makeup of the council is now Labour with 28 councillors, Conservative 16, Liberal Democrats 5 and Independents 2.

- Helen Lasham - Freedom Alliance - 90
- Gail Lund - Conservative Party - 936
- Alan McDonald - Green Party - 480
- Nikki Stocks - Liberal Democrats - 220
Luddendenfoot Ward including Mytholmroyd
- Jane Scullion - Labour - 1735 elected
- Christine Bampton-Smith - Liberal Democrats - 372
- Jill Smith-Moorhouse - Conservatives - 1365
- Kate Sweeny - Green Party - 313
Todmorden Ward
Diana Tremayne - Labour - 1951 elected
Craig Oates -Conservatives - 824
Matthew Doyle - Lib Dems - 552
Kieran Turner- Green Party - 361
Labour's majority in Tod increased by 55% when compared to the May 2019 election.
Hebden Royd Town Council - White Lee ward by-election

- Mark Pittaway - Liberal Democrats - 187
