Heptonstall Pace Egg 2020 cancelled
Tuesday, 17 March 2020
Adding the risk of contracting Covid-19 to their Pace Egg Risk Assessment, led the Heptonstall Players to the conclusion that such a large number of people coming into the village and being in close proximity to each other, puts both the audience, players and, residents of Heptonstall especially it's ageing population and the population of the wider area at a high risk.
They decided that the only sensible action they could take to limit the risk is to cancel the Heptonstall Pace Egg.
The cast all agree this is the responsible action to take.
The Midgley Pace Egg have also cancelled their performances.
