Waterside Fold - the front entrance to these flats - people were aggressively shouted at today by a builder who said we were trespassing, that it was a private road. I understand that it is an unadopted road, and there is private parking for the residents, but as far as I'm aware that does not make it a private road - unless signposted and gated?
