Linden Mill Planning App is back!
From Elizabeth Ogborn

The proposal to build up to 18 flats in Linden Mill is back on the table.
We have until 31 December to register our objections, as the developers have as usual timed things to fall over a holiday.
Please do not be complacent. There is a very real possibility that the proposal will be accepted, especially given the current government’s signalled changes to planning policy in northern urban centres.
Local residents are appalled by the proposal Access is up an unadopted cobbled street, narrow in places, which is already in a poor state of repair.
Parking in the area is an ongoing issue and any parking or traffic survey carried out during the current crisis would not reflect the normal state of affairs.
Any increase in noise, traffic, and pollution both during and after construction would pose an unacceptable burden on the local community
Please everyone take a moment to read the planning application and register an objection if, as many people living in the neighbourhood do, you feel the proposal is of deep concern.
If this link does not work, go to Calderdale planning and enter ‘Linden Works’ as your search term.
