I notice the Todmorden Council website has no mention of the recent local elections and shows all the former Councillors still being in post. It never even said there was to be an election!
The minutes of meetings are always a month or two behind their posting to view. This is no use as it is all then history for any of the public remotely interested in what is going on.

If they want the public to take any interest, they really should get up to date. If you read any of the minutes of the Tod Council, there is little of  local and practical issues but lots to do with procedure and formalities. 

Is the constitution of Local councils relevant for modern times?
