One way streets

Everyday when I go out to the shop I have to have eyes in the back of my head. The fact that Crown Street and others in Hebden Bridge are one way streets makes no difference to these idiots on their bikes and some even in cars.
They have no respect for the highway code and common sense, but why should they when they do it day in day out knowing that nobody seems to care anymore, and by that I mean the police and local council.

I think that Cheetham Street has lost its No Entry sign so you can't really blame cars for going up there at the moment.
