Could the person who appears to be systematically taking the Walk and Ride Festival flags from outside the Tourist Information Centre please return them. I was hoping that Hebden Bridge would be the kind of place we could leave these flags out overnight for the duration of Festival fortnight as they look really lovely next to the main road. This appears to be not the case which is a real shame.
