One of the major figureheads of Green Tops is back in Hebden Bridge again after laying low for 5 years, with his new development in the centre of Hebden Bridge. Surely the multi millionaire property developer isn't up to his old tricks again, is he?!!! P.S. It isn't Mark Clyndes.
