Can anyone tell me if the Food on the Big Green Market is going to be Local?

Sadly, the simple answer is no! Though some of it is. I assume the pig that was roasted today was reasonably local. And there were some homemade cakes and preserves, and local beer. But also Greek food, spices, etc - the usual stalls from the Sunday market.

More sustainable food in the Transition Zone tent though.
