CROW NEST: Update: 10th Sept - the appeal hearing went into a second day - the decision is not expected for a few weeks. Prestigious Living (NW) Ltd have submitted an appeal against the Council's refusal of planning permission. There is to be a public inquiry at Halifax Town Hall on Wednesday 6th September which is expected to last for two days. Anyone can attend and may be allowed to speak.
