Calder Food Hub Projects Added Wednesday, 17 September 2008 Thanks to Andy Wood for sending us the following information 1) Gardeners Days. If you want to grow food, but have no access to land, come to a Gardener's Day! We have secured access to 3 areas of land for growing projects. Everyone is welcome.
2) Introduction to Permaculture Course. October 11th and 12th, Hebden Bridge, £80. The course will cover the basic permaculture principles, and will include both theoretical and practical sessions, as well as visiting local permaculture projects. For more information please ring Guy on 07984 270715. 3) Food Fair and Apple Day. Saturday October 18th, Callis Community Garden, 12noon - 6pm. Apple pressing, cook and eat, seed and plant exchange, general chinwag and celebration of our area's edible delights! For more information please email info@calderfoodhub.org 4) Project Plenty. This is a "scrumping" project.
