Re-submission for Planning Application for a Communal Garden Shelter on the Steepfield Allotments

On 20/06/03 retrospective planning Application 03/01181/FUL (formerly 03/00288/FUL) for a Communal Garden Shelter on the Steepfield Allotments was accepted by Calderdale Planning Department into the planning process to determine whether planning consent will be or will not be granted by Calderdale Council.
The application will now be checked, and if appropriate validated i.e. formally accepted. Once validated the application will be advertised as per the previous application.
Those wishing to see or respond to the application (In writing) can do so once the application is advertised by contacting Calderdale Planning department. I believe the normal time period is 21 days from the statutory notice being made by the planning dept.
