Property Management Scam

Landlords in the area of Hebden Bridge should beware of trusting the management of their property to any agent - male or female - who can not show conclusively that he - or she - is a current member of an approved trade organisation and that proof should emmanate from the organisation not from a letterhead which might well be spurious. This warning is supported by at least four persons besides myself. We have all been taken in by soft talk and a pretty face. The culprit may well be trading in another capacity now . . .
