White Arm Band Campaign

I am interested in what has happened in regard to wearing white campaigns in Britain vis a vis Slyvia's dream ! (See White Armbands for Peace message)
I am working with the Halifax Peace Coalition, Nova Scotia and other groups who are saying NO WAR ON IRAQ - to spread the idea of a white arm band campaign - conceived as a way for citizens across tne country to signal their concern to our politicians and to other citizens to take up the cause. On January 18th we hope that all those joining the marches across the country will wear the white arm bands.
