Development at Mytholm Works

I notice that the dreaded yellow planning signs have manifested themselves in Church Lane!
This time it's a substantial development of 54 houses and an additional industrial development.
Anyone who knows the A646 at this spot understands how dangerous and congested it can get, with cars from Church Lane, Stubbing Drive and the Heptonstall turning circle all trying to join the main road. And then of course there's Mytholm School, and all the children who have to negotiate this busy area. I do question whether there is room for another busy road junction.

This is a very significant and far reaching development for the Mytholm area."
