Cars on pavements

I live up Fairfield, I have noticed more and more cars parked on the road on the way up to the lights. Especially since car parking charges were introduced. If they are vans they will be half on the pavement and half off. You can't get past with a pushchair. You also get cars parked just after the lights. I am surprised there are not more road accidents on Palace House Road.
