David Fletcher's plans for woodland at the side of Linden Mill

David Fletcher has submitted plans to build 10 houses on the woodland site at the side of Linden Mill. The plans are for supposed 'eco developments' but any development of this area would be disastrous for the residents of this already densely populated area. It is a conservation area. Access would be over cobbled streets already full of parked cars. In the sixth months from October to April this 'futuristic' development would be clearly visible from most areas of Hebden Bridge and is totally out of keeping with the surrounding area.
