Dock Pudding

The last time I cleaned out my freezer, I found something green and frozen at the very bottom. It cheers me to think it may have been dock pudding, especially when I think of the other possibilities. Yes, now I come to think of it, it definitely IS dock pudding... and on sale to the highest bidder.
