i brought a nokia 3210 from a boot sale and the man who sold me it assured me that it was working. He had his chip in there and everything seemed to be in working order untill i got home to put my chip in there when i realised that the phone is somehow blocked. i asume that it is blocked on outgoing calls because you have access to everything but when it comes to making a call or a text message, it tells you that it was unable to send ot when you try and call out it just beeps and cuts off. i would really appreciate it if you could help me!!
