I notice that a new planning application for eleven properties has been made for the land at the corner of Caldene Avenue and Thrush Hill Road, Mytholmmroyd, where the old Doctors Surgery used to be.

This is a bad enough junction for traffic as it is, with drivers exiting Thrush Hill onto Caldene Avenue without looking properly to see if anything is coming the other way. Should the properties be erected, I can only see the situation getting worse.
