From Glyn Hughes So pleased to see the planting scheme in the Park. When some years ago I suggested that the scrap ground on the approach to the railway station be used for something of this kind, it was received with a sniff of disapproval from (among others, and suprisingly) John Morrison. Well, it's now on the way to being a pay car-park. Result so far, parking virtually impossible now at any rate for my camper van (so that I can take a walk/shop in Hebden Bridge) Doubtless I will find some way to see the flowers .... I long to see them abound even more than they do in the Calder Valley
