Does anyone know if Calderdale pays for landfill by weight?

If so, the new bins will push up the costs. As they are open to the elements, rain and snow can get in and increase the weight of the contents, thus increasing the costs to Calderdale, sorry, to you the council tax payers.

How thoughtful of Calderdale to only reseed the areas damaged by work on the new path recently, rather than when they were supposed to, back in July.

Instead of grass we now have mud to look forward to until Spring.
